This Privacy Policy describes how personal data that we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us in connection with our recruitment processes, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”).

Data Controller and Processor:
A data controller determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. In other words, the data controller decides the how and why of a data processing operation. A data processor acts under the instructions of the controller only, by processing personal data on behalf of the controller.

We do not collect any information that is defined under GDPR as “sensitive personal data” unless you submit this information to us.

Disclosure of Your Information
When applying for a job opening through Neutrino Solutions, you consent to our disclosing your information to the potential employer.
We will disclose to our client certain personal data that we hold about you, and information about your progress through our hiring process for the applicable job opening, as well as tangible, intangible, visual, or electronic information that we hold about you, such as your name, contact details and other information involving analysis of data relating to you as an applicant for employment.
We will not share your data with any third parties without your explicit consent.
How We store your Personal Data
We take appropriate measures to ensure that all personal data is kept secure, including security measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your personal data to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
